又做了新的下午茶 今天是用燕麥酸奶和水果一起完成的哦新入的這款燕麥是0蔗糖 無添加的含有高膳食纖維
平時早上來不及可以給寶寶煮個燕麥粥或者燕麥牛奶超級方便
準備食材:
燕麥、酸奶、香蕉、藍莓、芒果、牛奶
制作方法:
1.香蕉和牛奶一起打成泥然后倒入燕麥攪拌均勻
2.把攪拌好的燕麥倒入紙杯中沿著邊捏成杯狀
3.烤箱先預熱10分鐘然后180度烤20分鐘
4.烤完之后先涼一會然后撕掉外面的紙杯,把酸奶倒進去再在,上面放一些水果
好吃又好看的燕麥酸奶水果杯就完成了~
