5 categories of ingredients you need to include in your daily beauty routine!

There are so many wonderful ingredients in skin care that it is difficult to pick just a few.

Below, we will analyze the five categories of ingredients that must be present in your skin care routine.
# 01. Antioxidants and protective ingredients for the skin.

The skin needs antioxidants to stop the damage from environmental attacks and to strengthen the skin's filter. Products with vitamin C, grapes, green tea, B glucan, licorice, vitamin E, vegetable oils and herbal caviar are some of them.
# 02. Ingredients for skin regeneration.

Skin rejuvenation ingredients "talk" to the cells to make them better and younger. This category of ingredients is very important and exciting. A wide variety of peptides make excellent skin dialogue, but retinol and niacinamide are the best repair ingredients.
# 03. Ingredients that strengthen the skin.

# 05. Ingredients that block sun damage.

Sunscreen ingredients are obvious, because without them everything else is really useless. Like eating a healthy diet but yes you still smoke.
