#寶寶輔食# 8m手指食物寶寶版馬卡龍 粉色少女心的馬卡龍來啦
準備食材1.兩個雞蛋(蛋黃蛋清分離)
2.面粉20g
3.火龍果50g
4.山藥40g
5.檸檬一個
制作步驟
1.火龍果打成汁 把芝麻過篩掉
2.加入蛋黃攪拌 然后篩入面粉 攪拌均勻
3.蛋清高速打發滴入幾滴檸檬汁打到出現小勾為止
4.把三分之一的蛋白霜加到火龍果液中 攪拌均勻
5.再全部加入到蛋白霜中輕輕的翻拌均勻
6.裝入到裱花袋中 擠到烤盤上
7.烤箱先提前120度預熱10分鐘 然后120度烤25分鐘(具體根據自家烤箱來哦)
8.山藥蒸熟 壓成泥 越細膩越好 可以加點奶粉
9.將山藥泥均勻的擠到餅上 再蓋上一片 完成啦
Tips
1.一歲以上寶寶可以加點白砂糖 口感會更好
2.烤箱溫度具體還要根據自家烤箱脾氣來
3.烤完之后打開里面是軟軟的沒牙的寶寶也能吃
