#寶寶輔食# 寶寶版奶香南瓜饅頭松松軟軟太好吃了
又動手做饅頭啦今天做的是奶香味十足的南瓜饅頭松松軟軟 做法也很簡單~
準備食材
1.燕子酵母3g
2.面粉250g
3.南瓜泥150g
新入的燕子牌酵母它是高活性干酵母發(fā)酵很快
制作方法
1.南瓜蒸熟加配方奶或者水打成南瓜泥(一歲以上可以換成純牛奶)
2.把酵母放到溫熱的南瓜泥中攪拌均勻然后靜置五分鐘
3.南瓜泥倒入面粉中用筷子攪拌成絮狀然后揉成光滑的面團
4.揉好的面團放入碗中蓋上保鮮模放到鍋內(nèi)隔溫水發(fā)酵至兩倍大我發(fā)了40分鐘左右
5.把發(fā)好的面團排氣繼續(xù)揉揉至面團光滑搓成長條切成等量劑子
6.放到鍋內(nèi)再次發(fā)酵20分鐘然后.上鍋蒸15分鐘.悶3分鐘就可以啦.
