2.雞蛋3個
3.吐司兩片
4.蝦仁8只
5.蔬菜粒80g
6.番茄一個
制作方法
1.蔬菜粒焯水備用 蝦仁去蝦線切成小塊
2.熱鍋倒油炒番茄丁 炒出汁水后倒入蔬菜粒 繼續翻炒
3.吐司切丁 然后裝入紙杯底部 然后放上燒好的番茄蔬菜粒倒上雞蛋液 再放上蝦仁 最后放上切碎的奶酪
4.放入烤箱 180度烤20分鐘就好啦
